Our Services
Complete protection. Seamless coverage.
Medical Evacuation & Air Transport
When a serious injury or illness puts you in a facility that can't give you the care you need, we coordinate and cover air transport to the nearest suitable facility — fixed-wing air ambulance or commercial air when medically appropriate.
Key benefits
- Access to specialized trauma and critical care
- Transport costs covered under your membership (subject to agreement)
- Complex logistics handled end-to-end
- No arranging aircraft yourself — one call starts it

Key benefits
- Rapid response when minutes matter
- Medically equipped aircraft
- Transport to specialized trauma centers
- Coordinated with ground crews and receiving hospitals
Emergency Ground Ambulance
We cover necessary ground ambulance transportation — from the scene, between facilities, and to and from airports when it ties into approved air medical transport.

- Facility-to-airport and airport-to-facility legs
- Bed-to-bed coordination so care doesn't break
- Removes the burden of arranging local transport
Medical Repatriation & Return Home
When you're hospitalized 100+ miles out, we move you back near home to recover in familiar surroundings — including paramedic-assisted first-class commercial flights when that's the right call.
Key benefits
- Repatriation flight home after major care
- Coach return airfare after an evacuation
- Paramedic or nurse escort on commercial flights when needed
- Spouse return airfare when major transport is used
Family, Escort & Visitor Transport
Nobody should face a medical emergency alone. When you need transport, we arrange companion travel so a spouse, family member, or friend can ride with you or fly to your bedside.
Key benefits
- Escort rides along when space and safety allow
- Visitor flight when you're hospitalized 5+ days from home
- Up to $500 toward lodging, food, and travel for a visitor
- Grandchildren return with a qualified attendant if left unattended
Vehicle, Boat & Pet Return
If you're hospitalized, we arrange to get your world home too — bike, truck, van, travel trailer, motorhome (including one in tow), and up to two pets per incident.
Key benefits
- Professional return across the U.S. and Canada
- Fuel, tolls, and driving handled for you
- Pet return for dogs, cats, or small animals
- Less stress for family left to sort logistics
Additional services
And the details that finish the job.
Beyond the core transports, membership covers the small (and not-so-small) things that keep your world moving when you can't.
Organ Retrieval & Recipient Transport
Air transport of a needed transplant organ — and getting you plus one family member to the facility fast when the call comes.
Mortal Remains Transport
In the worst case, dignified transport of remains home or to a chosen alternative address.
Pet Return
Your dog, cat, or small animal returned home — up to two pets per incident, two returns per membership year.

Both amateur and professional participation are included, including sanctioned and unsanctioned competition, sponsorship and prizes. Other applicable event benefits must be used first. Eligibility, waiting periods, transport limits and exclusions still apply.
