  • Your GME ACTION membership ID
  • The patient's name and current location
  • The hospital or facility they're at, if any
  • A callback number that stays answered
  • The attending physician's name, if known

Why you call us first

Coordinated dispatch is mandatory. The attending physician and the GME ACTION Medical Director confirm medical necessity, and Global Medevac coordinates the transport. Arranging transport yourself instead of calling can affect eligibility under your membership agreement.

GME ACTION is a medical transport membership program and is not insurance, and is not an emergency responder. It does not replace 911.
